POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts and support the overall objectives of the organization. Your contributions will be vital in implementing existing marketing strategies and developing new initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in various marketing projects
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager
  • Support the launch of new products and marketing initiatives
  • Develop a range of marketing materials, including both print and digital formats
  • Collaborate with the sales department to promote sales growth
  • Manage administrative functions within the marketing department
  • Oversee shipping requests related to marketing and sales
  • Communicate with external agencies for design and printing needs
  • Maintain an inventory of promotional materials
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, reports, and other documentation
  • Handle social media content and postings
  • Regularly update website content

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external partners
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or Graphic Design
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration

SALARY RANGE:

  • $56,000 to $65,000 per year
