Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our West Edmonton Mall location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests
  • Assist customers in finding the best products to suit their needs and provide recommendations
  • Process sales, restock shelves, and perform housekeeping duties
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous sales and retail experience, preferably in a home decor or fashion retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
