About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Courier to join our team at 1347541 B.C Ltd. As a key member of our courier company, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport packages and messages to customers and collect payments or invoices as required.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Efficiently load and unload packages from vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Sort and Prepare Packages: Sort packages for delivery and prepare them for transport, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Follow Directions and Read Maps: Use navigation skills to plan routes and deliver packages efficiently, while also recording trip information such as vehicle mileage and fuel costs.
  • Process Payments: Accept payments or invoices for delivered items, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere.

  • Work Setting: This role is based in a courier company environment, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
