Job Title: Director of IT

Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Director of IT to provide strategic leadership and direction to our technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that support business growth and objectives
  • Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality IT services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our organization remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in an IT Director role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
