Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Package take-out food for our customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Load buspans and trays with clean dishes and utensils.
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for use in food preparation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
