Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Assistant. As a key member of our HR770 team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and data entry for payroll and business accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, office cleaning, and data entry
  • Act as a receptionist, greeting clients and visitors, and handling telephone inquiries
  • Assist with data entry for payroll and business accounting on computer software
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
