Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet York University's international student recruitment goals
• Conduct research to identify trends in international markets and develop targeted recruitment plans
• Deliver recruitment presentations to secondary schools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement programs and strategies to attract international students
• Provide advising and counselling services to international students and their families
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase recruitment success

Requirements:
• 2 years' recent related experience in international student recruitment, educational liaison, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of secondary schools' liaison, Ontario university system admissions criteria, and international educational systems
• Excellent advising and counselling skills, with the ability to work effectively with students and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid passport and a reliable vehicle for travel
