The role of the Construction Project Coordinator at Nedlaw Roofing Limited involves overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of daily construction operations. This position is crucial for ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and meet quality standards.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
- Assess and improve daily operational workflows.
- Strategically plan and organize daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures aimed at maintaining quality control.
- Budget planning and management to ensure financial efficiency.
- Create and implement quality assurance programs.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of relevant data and information.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports.
- A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
This position also includes support for newcomers and refugees, providing assistance with foreign credential recognition and offering diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive workplace.
Additionally, the role involves supporting Indigenous individuals through mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities, along with providing cultural competency training to all staff.
