About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accounting-related tasks, including account payables, account receivables, cash handling, and account/bank reconciliations.
  • Verify source documents for compliance and enter data into our computerized financial system.
  • Calculate, verify, prepare, and issue financial documents and/or reports.
  • Manage tasks with defined priorities and fixed monthly deadlines.
Requirements
  • College diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounting, data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping, and retrieval techniques.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements

French is essential for this role.
