Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at All Seasons Roofing (2001) LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our crew with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Participate in cleaning and piling salvaged materials, as well as cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assist in directing traffic at or near construction sites, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, with manual dexterity and the capacity to handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required, with a regular 40-hour workweek.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, at heights, and in dusty environments. You must be comfortable with these conditions and able to work safely and efficiently.

Language

The primary language of work is English, and proficiency in this language is required.
