  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and ensuring it meets our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our clients are satisfied with the work we deliver.
  • Operate a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have a smartphone and basic computer skills to communicate with our team and access our dispatch system.
  • Be willing to work 5 days a week, with optional Saturdays, and be available to work 50 weeks per year.
  • Have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Pass a criminal background check.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the painting trade, with a strong background in residential and commercial painting.
  • Excellent painting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Smartphone and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
