Job Title: Professional Full Time Painter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced painter to join our team at Home Painters Toronto. As a professional painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients in the Toronto and GTA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paint residential and commercial properties with precision and attention to detail
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently to complete projects on time
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the painting trade, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable transportation and own tools
  • Basic computer skills and smartphone
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20-28
  • Full-time employment with 5 days per week, optional Saturday work, and 50 weeks per year
