About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at YOO RENTALS VAN LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our tenants.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to our tenants.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative measures.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience in a maintenance or facilities management role is an asset.
  • Work Setting: Room and board provided.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
