Custodial Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team at EDJ Property Management Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial and residential properties.

• Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records for our facilities.
• Service Coordination: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and equipment replacement as needed.
• Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff.
• Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members.

• Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Work Environment: Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in cold/refrigerated environments.
• Work Setting: Commercial and residential properties.
• Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, dependability, and flexibility.

• Transportation: Transportation provided by employer.
