Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
