- Helping with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks and meet sales goals.
- Managing cash handling and bookkeeping, including making bank deposits and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers, resolving issues, and advocating for their needs.
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cash handling and bookkeeping experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
