Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the events and sales teams, ensuring the smooth delivery and execution of events.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of events, including venue management, transportation, and logistics.
- Client and Venue Relationships: Nurture and develop excellent relationships with clients and venues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Knowledge: Develop a good operational knowledge of all venues, including their capabilities and limitations.
- Stock Management: Manage stock and update stock takes on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Office and Kitchen Supplies: Manage all office and kitchen supply requirements, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with the ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpretation skills, with an ability to listen and take in requirements before deciding on look and feel.
