Position Overview

The Cleaning Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities. This position involves overseeing a dedicated team of cleaning personnel, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning staff to uphold company standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning personnel.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Create and manage work schedules to optimize team performance.
