Real Estate Lawyer - Vaughan

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Vaughan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of Real Estate transactions, including supervising and assisting junior and senior law clerks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, and loan documents
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, and land registry offices
  • Supervise and assist junior and senior law clerks handling a high volume of residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' Real Estate experience
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of a Canadian jurisdiction
  • Strong teamwork skills, trustworthiness, accountability, proactivity, and a positive work attitude
  • Strong written skills
