- Budget Oversight: Responsible for budgets exceeding $8,000,001.
- Formulate production schedules and allocate duties to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assess daily operational performance.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to avert shortages.
- Organize and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Establish maintenance schedules for equipment and recommend machinery replacements as necessary.
- Recruit, supervise, and train employees on new equipment and production methodologies.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Implement changes to machinery, production systems, and work methods.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Home electronics
- Proficient in word processing and database software.
- Experienced with inventory control software and spreadsheets.
- Familiar with electronic mail and internet applications.
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows and MS Excel.
- Experience in primary metal and electrical/electronics products sectors.
- Must be bondable and possess basic security clearance.
- Enhanced reliability security clearance and criminal record check required.
- Driver's validity license check is mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle are necessary.
