Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

Pandher Trucking Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and operations.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in transportation logistics or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Work under pressure to meet logistics targets.
  • Attention to detail required to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
