About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Transfer Pricing practice in Montreal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating strategic client contact, maintaining relationships, and planning complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities.
  • Lead client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Plan and direct complex client engagements, determining assignment costs, resources, and fees.
  • Conduct formal project/team performance reviews and provide input to individual performance ratings.
  • Develop the capabilities of less experienced staff through coaching, knowledge transfer, and internal training delivery.

Requirements:

  • Professional CPA designation, Law degree, Masters in Taxation, or Masters/Doctorate in Economics.
  • Eight or more years of professional experience, with part or all of that specializing in Transfer Pricing.
  • Significant knowledge and expertise in Transfer Pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead team members remotely.
