Your Opportunity

Our Montreal office is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Transfer Pricing practice and lead the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring client needs are met and accounting development and fee growth are achieved.
  • Maintain relationships with clients at the highest level, accountable for operational aspects of client engagements subject to varying levels of Partner involvement.
  • Plan, scope, and direct complex client engagements and projects, determining assignment costs, resources, and fees for Partner approval.
  • Transfer Pricing assignments and projects involve delivering and supporting clients' transfer pricing strategies, including the preparation of supporting documents as required by local tax authorities and defending policies against government audit scrutiny.
  • Act as a leader within the Firm, focused on employee engagement and development.
  • Conduct formal project/team performance reviews and provide input to individual performance ratings.
  • Develop the capabilities of less experienced staff through coaching, knowledge transfer, internal training delivery, and assignment of challenging work opportunities.

Your Experience and Education

  • You hold a professional CPA designation, Law degree, Masters in Taxation, or Masters/Doctorate in Economics.
  • You have eight or more years of professional experience, part or all of which specializing within Transfer Pricing.
  • You have significant knowledge and expertise in Transfer Pricing.
  • You have a keen interest in Business Development.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have the ability to lead team members remotely throughout Canada.
