Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at CHEZRANTI COMMUNITY CENTRE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve organizational goals
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Financial Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial operations
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems
