Overview

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner II to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the development and maintenance of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior management to develop and deliver a product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
  • Create and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing user stories that provide the most value to customers and end-users.
  • Align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, Minimum Marketable Features, and release cadence.
  • Review performance analytics and recommend strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in Agile events, such as stand-ups and retrospectives, to improve product value and delivery efficiency.
  • Engage with business process partners to ensure customers are prepared for application changes and establish Day 2 processes.
  • Manage delivery initiatives and oversee development team backlogs.
  • Proactively raise issues that impede efficient delivery of customer-focused increments.
  • Responsible for defect management and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate.
  • 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience on the IBM OpenPages product.
  • 5+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset.
