Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Walker Lake Meat Shop. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and sanitize meats for sale and processing.
  • Execute precise trimming and cutting of various meat selections.
  • Package and label prepared meat products effectively.
  • Remove bones from meat cuts as required.
  • Weigh and assist customers in selecting meats.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in meat processing.
