We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Director to join our Sales team at Gay Lea Foods. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning function and playing a critical role in our Integrated Business Planning process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the demand planning team, driving continuous improvement and excellence in planning and analysis.
- Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and expectations.
- Oversee the creation, management, and communication of the demand plan, including the identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to drive ownership and accountability of key planning inputs.
- Represent Demand Planning in other steps of the Integrated Business Planning process as needed.
- Strong planning and analytical skills, with experience in demand planning and commercial planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others through storytelling and executive presence.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working in a matrix organization structure.
- Experience in the food industry is an asset.
