Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the established framework.
- Staff Development: Interview, hire, and provide training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Budget Management: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
