Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and maintain the organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Experience: While experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
