Job Summary:

PAL Technical Services, a leading provider of full-service aircraft maintenance, is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform line maintenance checks and repairs on aircraft, including layover checks, A-checks, engine changes, and propeller replacements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Transport Canada Regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Completed Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course with a valid M1/M2 Aircraft Maintenance License.
  • Dash 8-300 and/or Dash 8 Q400 endorsement.
  • Experience in flight line operations is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times.
