We're seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our internal processes and customer experience. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for managing customer deal flow, ensuring prioritization of files in progress, and acting as a liaison between underwriters, lenders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer deal flow, ensuring prioritization of files in progress
• Act as a liaison between underwriter, lender, and clients
• Work with Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume
• Work directly with customers to build rapport and help them determine the right product for their needs based on professional discretion
• Ensure all required documentation is procured and reviewed prior to underwriter submission

We're looking for a candidate with:

• 2+ years of mortgage advisory experience
• Mortgage agent/broker licensing is highly desirable
• Past experience managing a large portfolio of clients
• A customer-centric mindset to help shape the borrower's homebuying experience
• Willingness to learn new skills and rethink existing processes
