Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team at Icon Pest Control & Wildlife Removal Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 pest control professionals, including pest controllers and fumigators, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit production reports, estimates, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the training and development of team members, including apprentices, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Recruit and hire new team members, and manage related staffing actions, to ensure the team has the necessary resources to meet business needs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations, and take necessary steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Qualifications: First Aid Certificate and a clean criminal record check.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
