Position Overview: This role is essential in guiding the Consumable Associates and overseeing departmental operations in collaboration with the Consumables Assistant Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective task management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding Customer Service by warmly welcoming all customers, assisting them in exploring products/services, finding items, making informed purchasing choices, addressing customer concerns, and directing issues as necessary.
- Support the direction and coordination of task execution according to the priorities set by the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Evaluate the overall presentation and aesthetics of the Consumable Departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing merchandising display adjustments as needed.
- Assign, assist, and monitor the completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
- Provide assistance with scheduling as required.
- Allocate Associates to ensure coverage and availability across all store areas.
- Engage in the training and development of Consumable Associates, offering constructive feedback as necessary.
- Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to Company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free from debris.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
