Position OverviewThis role involves providing essential support to technology users throughout the organization while implementing, configuring, and safeguarding the cybersecurity of OMA's devices, applications, and user accounts.
Your Impact- Safeguarding enterprise information in alignment with business requirements.
- Establishing and upholding information security roles and access privileges, while conducting security monitoring to mitigate the impact of operational vulnerabilities and incidents.
- Managing organizational databases to ensure timely access to the right data for authorized users and applications.
- Acting as the primary administrator for endpoint and mobile device management solutions, overseeing configuration management.
- Maintaining awareness of current and emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies, and driving appropriate response activities as necessary.
- Analyzing security events, investigating targeted attacks, and understanding the implications of zero-day exploits to provide actionable insights and response plans.
- Contributing to the management of Incident Management processes to ensure prompt resolution of incidents.
- Administering the Endpoint Vulnerability Management process to:
- Develop and sustain device and application vulnerability management and security posture.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of all vulnerability management notifications.
- Provide key metrics and KPIs on proactive security to security dashboards.
- Responding to user inquiries, ensuring clarity in requests, identifying root causes of issues, and managing system/data permissions for appropriate access.
- Monitoring system health and troubleshooting endpoint system issues.
- Engaging in technology projects, offering input, and managing project tasks and timelines.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of security domains and practical experience with modern technologies is crucial for effective implementation and configuration.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365: Endpoint Administrator Associate; Azure Security Engineer Associate; Security Operations Analyst Associate; Identity and Access Administrator Associate; and Security, Compliance, and Identity are advantageous.
- OffSec Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is a plus.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification is beneficial.
- Experience with tools like Wireshark, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Azure CLI is an asset.
The OMA has adopted a permanent hybrid work model, requiring the individual in this role to work a minimum number of days in the office.
