Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment downtime.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee productivity and provide technical advice to improve performance.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including shipping, receiving, and storage.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by conducting regular security and safety checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, team player, analytical, adaptable, and strong time management skills.
