Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at L & Z Trinity Food Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes managing a team of staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Cost products and services, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in food services management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
Working Conditions:

The Food Services Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and overtime required. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
