Job Title: Supervisor, Food Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Montfort Corporate Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as requisitioning food and kitchen supplies. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
