Sales Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Colour Model Inc. as a key member of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets and improve overall team performance.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
- Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 32-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English language proficiency is required.
