We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at KANDA RESTHAVEN CONVENIENCE STORE LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position that involves working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
