Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobilizing
- Collaborate with the resident and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform delegated nursing acts according to company policy and scope of practice
- Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to seniors. You will have a valid Continuing Care Certification or Provincial Personal Care Worker course, and be registered in Nova Scotia's CCA registry. You will also have a strong commitment to teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
