Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Victoria Window Cleaning. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of our clients' windows and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our staff are working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Dental plan and health care plan available.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
