Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Operate a cash register, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
