Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Rosewood Flooring. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. You will also be responsible for shipping orders, weighing materials and goods, making labels and attaching them to goods, packing and unpacking goods, sorting, crating, and stacking goods, transporting and distributing materials and goods, and organizing and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities
  • Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Shipping orders
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment

The Material Handler will work in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to lift and move heavy objects.
