Job Title: Material Handler

At Dexterra Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, organize, and store incoming and outgoing materials and packages
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all received materials meet our standards
  • Load and unload packages, and organize stock in an efficient manner
  • Pull materials to fulfill orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when necessary
  • Document orders, materials, and stock movements
  • Ensure compliance with safe handling policies and procedures
  • Assist with setting up training rooms and attending to furniture moving requests
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Material Handler or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with voice picking systems or two-way radio devices
  • Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pump trucks and pallet jacks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including moderate to heavy lifting
  • High school diploma
