**A Day in the Life of a Forest Nursery Worker**

At PRT, we're currently recruiting seasonal Forest Nursery Workers to join our team at our Summerland Nursery in Summerland, BC. As a Forest Nursery Worker, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of nursery responsibilities, including sowing, thinning, and transplanting tree seedlings for reforestation across North America.

**About the Role**

This engaging and physically demanding position offers a safe work environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world. You'll work independently and efficiently, with full training provided. No experience is required, but a desire to learn and grow with our team is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with sowing, thinning, and transplanting tree seedlings
* Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
* Collaborate with other Nursery Workers and report to the Nursery Manager

**Requirements**

* Reliable transportation
* Appropriate work attire
* Good manual dexterity and eyesight
* Team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
* Ability to stand for lengthy periods and perform repetitive tasks
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
* Commitment to quality and safety
