About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Client Care Centre team at Accoravillage. As a Client Care Centre Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through effective team leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a team of Client Care Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality, resulting in increased client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate individual team member performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address these areas.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with HR and Training teams to recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Distribution, Training, and Work Force Analysts, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: Proven successful management of a team in a client care/contact centre environment.
  • Skills: Superior interpersonal skills, organization, communication, analytical, interpersonal, motivational, and management skills are essential.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of client care/contact centre capacity management processes, workflows, and process improvement.
