Responsabilités
  • Assurer la réception des visiteurs et des appels téléphoniques
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives et de secrétariat
  • Assurer la maintenance des dossiers et des fichiers
  • Collaborer avec les employés pour assurer la communication efficace
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le superviseur
Compétences requises
  • Maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise
  • Compétences en informatique et en gestion de base de données
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
  • Capacité à gérer le temps et les priorités
Conditions d'emploi
  • Obtenir un certificat de vérification de casier judiciaire avec filtrage du secteur vulnérable
  • Obtenir un certificat de vérification de registre des abus d'adultes et des abus d'enfants
  • Obtenir un certificat de vérification de registre des contacts antérieurs
