About the Role

As a Pickup and Delivery Driver at Kal Tire, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of tires, wheels, and parts to our customers. This position requires a high level of physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy tires, as well as strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport tires, wheels, and parts to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform tire removals, installations, and repairs for passenger and light truck vehicles, including wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, balancing, inflating, and installing repaired or replacement tires.
  • Contribute to a safe and environmentally responsible workplace by following all safety and environmental policies and rules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a 3-ton truck.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a delivery role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated and positive attitude, with a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
