FUTURE GEN COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
Work Environment:
