Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our Service Advisor Team, you will be the primary point of contact for our service clients. Your role will involve embodying the values of our brand, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will create a memorable experience for our service customers by warmly welcoming them, facilitating the sale of services and parts, and providing informed recommendations and estimates for vehicle diagnostics.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to track open repair orders and vehicle statuses, keeping clients informed
  • Proficient follow-up skills
  • Effective presentation skills to articulate the features and benefits of recommended services and repairs
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook
  • Familiarity with the PBS operating system and warranty processes is advantageous (training available)
Requirements:
  • Preferred minimum of one (1) year in sales or customer service
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this position
  • Availability to work two evenings and alternate Saturdays
